Property in general had obviously suffered significant storm or related damage at some point. Construction scaffolding substituted for stairways on beachfront side of 2 of 3 units. "The hotel was very, very bad. Very unclean. There are outside tile steps up to office. Many were loose and falling apart. You should not even have this hotel on your list. I have never seen anything like this."

"The room was clean and the staff were helpful the balcony had a nice view and the air conditioning was great. But the bath floor had a soft spot next to the bath tub and pieces of wood from the door were falling off. The place could use a face lift."
