"My stay was absolutely lovely. Was here for work so this was really nice to have especially with the location being SUPER close to the university. Quiet neighborhood. Home is on the older side and not as modern but still great. Easy process, property manager was super helpful and quick to respond. Only complaints: listing online shows it in a completely different location verses where it actually is. Much closer to the university than I expected so I didn’t need to rent a car to what I was...

"They’d respond in minutes with any minutes. Very pet friendly and accommodating. My only suggestion is that there be some cleaning supplies for use, all we had was soap and water, and the hand broom had no dustpan. I still give this place five stars because it was clean, quiet, affordable and the owner is so kind. Absolutely would stay again, this was our second time using Welgo and we will continue to make travel plans with them."

"Perfect location, great stand-alone casita, beautiful property. Private, quiet, classy & fun. However - we could only get one burner on the stove to work (the one closest to the smoke alarm, which went off repeatedly), one remote for all 3 TVs to work, the washing machine doesn't work & the host did not get back to us about it. And the living room curtains are so fragile it's ridiculous. It seems like a lot of complaints but everything else about the place is so nice, those screw-ups didn't...

"The property is located on the far southeast side of the city, which is what we needed. The property was very clean and comfortable. It is on the third floor so stairs involved. The Host was very responsive. We recommend!"
