"We needed a place close to the Grand Canyon and this proved to be in excellent proximity to it - only 30 mins away. The price was very reasonable with the property being very clean. The house is small but was very well equipped and warm. For four of us it was very comfortable. Just a heads up - the property sleeps 8 but would be very cramped. We would definitely stay there again. "

"My stay was very short, one night. The place is very nice and cozy. Very clean. Small as advertised. An experience I was looking forward to! The negative things I would say are that the dishes need to be done by hand, no dish clothes, and the garbage needs taking out, yet there is an envelope for tips."

"The backyard was fully fenced, the heater worked great for the main area, the location was quiet. The stairs were a little steep to the upstairs room and loft. The room on the main floor is a little small for two adults. "

"The property was nice and fairly clean however the sink was stopped up, removed the stopper cap to find the sink full of crud. Reported this to the front desk and was given a lesson on how to operate the stopper! Informed the front desk that i was aware of how sinks work and was told it would be taken care of... it was not. The room shared a wall with another room with a locked door. A family stayed next door and was extremely loud and disrespectful walking us up at 0500 in the morning, stinking...
