"Staff was rude when weather went out"

"Honestly I had the best experience here coming from another hotel I checked out of early I found this one last minute and the moment I walked in the lobby it smelled clean, the staff was great and the rooms was clean and smelled clean as well. The free parking and free breakfast was also a plus!"

"I would consider the Comfort Suites more of a motel than a hotel. While the lobby was well maintained, the remaining facilities showed their age. The Exterior property was very poorly maintained and did not appear safe, given the surroundings. Beer cans, bottle tops and cigarette butts littered the parking lot.
