"This is definitely a cute little place to stay. Great proximity to the beach and kind of cool to be so close to the Naval base.The host was wonderful and responsive.The property is definitely older and could use some updating in the kitchen and bathroom. "Amazing experience! It has been my husband‘s dream to sleep overnight on a large boat. This was a beautiful boat with all the amenities that we needed! It is in an absolutely beautiful harbor! We enjoyed just sitting out on the aft deck of the boat and relaxing! And if you’re wondering if the boat rocks, it rocks very little. We never noticed it rocking. We walked to dinner and breakfast which we love to do! We are already planning our next day on this boat!"

"A great home base for our family weekWe spent the week here with six adults and two dogs, and the house worked extremely well for our group. There was plenty of space to gather without ever feeling crowded, and we loved being able to walk right over to the beach and harbor. The rooftop was a great place to wind down and soak in the views, and Zalman was quick and helpful whenever we reached out. A very enjoyable stay in Oxnard."

"We loved staying at the Ocean Blue house. We would 100% stay there again. The only reasons for the 4 of 5 were very minor. 1) the downstairs shower didn’t work. Dawn and the management team “promptly” responded and had someone there to fix it within an hour. It was no big deal, just a handle fixed in a few minutes. 2) It was hot!
