"The house is lived-in but clean. It was large enough for my big family, and we enjoyed our stay. Ernesto was great at communicating with us, and was gracious enough to allow us to extend our check-out time. Overall, everything was great! If I had to say anything about it, it was very hot upstairs because the portable air cooler didn't work very well. And more hooks for towels in the bathrooms would have been helpful. But really was the perfect size for our large family, and we would stay there...

Double Dolphin is a spacious separate unit but Debby and Rick are right next door and able to respond with a minute's notice, should there be a need. "Implacable home. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make our stay super enjoyable. I have never worked with a host like Michael. I texted him that our coffee machine had a glitch and he went and bought a new one for us. Despite the fact that we had other coffee options such as French press and pour over. Very sweet person. He informed me of the amazing history of the house. Loved the clean bathrooms and the new renovation designs of the house. We had a flower arrangement next to each bed....

"Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!"

"Great location on a quiet street just blocks from the coast. The house is in good order. The backyard is smallish but nicely laid out. There is parking for two cars (there is time limits for parking on the street). Did not use the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely stay there again. "

"Super cute Craftsman Bungalow! It felt like we were vacationing at the "family cabin on the lake". We were able to walk downtown 1-2 times each day. Nice backyard, big enough for the dog to run and for us to rally a pickleball. Thanks!"
