"Clean, helpful staff"

"The lodge has everything we needed, including a full kitchen, cooking utensils, basic dressing, tea bags and coffee, dish washer and laudry. It also has a balcony with BBQ grill that we didn't use. Our suite 317 has good view with trees and mountain behind trees. The hosts can be reached at any time. The 24-hour front desk is also helpful. The outdoor swimming pool is still open during the Thanksgiving long weekend. We'd like to come back if we visit again in the future."

"Fully stocked kitchen with some nice extras that made cooking easier. Very clean and comfortable apartment with nice underground parking. Definitely recommended. Lots of dining and shopping close by."

"Honestly, ZERO negatives. David and Hermie genuinely love people and are incredibly hospitable. If you’re looking for a ‘Home away from Home’ look no further, this is it, you’ve come to the right place. I can’t say enough good about David and Hermie. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them. The yard and accommodations were exceptionally clean, tidy, and quiet. They live in a great neighbourhood as well. I went for an hour walk by myself and felt totally safe the entire time. "This place was amazing for our family of 4 and small dog. We loved the space it had, it was like being at our home. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms. The host even had extras like dish soap and laundry. Property was 8 min drive to Canmore, 4 min drive for groceries. And so quiet. Hot tub was perfect. Highly recommend!"

"Property was nice. Front desk workers were fantastic at there job. Did hear construction noise a bit outside but nothing serious. Not much parking but sufficient. Do hear pipes running water from other rooms Convient location if Paul ever wanted to rent it again i would be interested in returning"

"The space was wonderful!!! Such a great rental with the kitchen, living room, and a bathroom on the bottom floor and the bedroom and full bathroom on top floor. Really appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom upstairs! Such a nice host and very responsive!! We did use the main hot tub and pool, and it was very nice! Highly recommend this rental, as we'd definitely stay here again!! Check in and out was a smooth process! Overall great place to stay in Canmore!"

"The place was a bit dingy and needs to be aired out and dusted. They can do better with the cleaning"

"I booked this place because of the reviews and because pets were allowed, but unfortunately, it was an extremely disappointing experience. My booking was made June 9, for a one night stay August 25-26 through Expedia for this VRBO accommodation. I notified the host that I had a small pet on June 9th. On August 25 the day of check in, the host messages me saying there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 by the hotel, but she would pay for half, and that check in is pretty fast once I settle my half...
