"*Checked in late, the place was still dirty. Not cleaned from the previous guests. Checked in at 4:30pm and contact guest services. Didn’t get the email until after 8:30pm that the property was cleaned and ready for us. The place was comfortable and clean after that. Just a shame the cleaning department dropped the ball on this one. Appreciate the help from the properties contact, for staying in touch and taking our concerns seriously. "This property and owner was terrible. The host never communicated the code / how to get into the apartment to us and we were unable to access the accommodation. The host hung up the phone when I contacted him to ask for the way in, and we were left to buy a last minute hotel and spend even more money on a playoff game day. Additionally, the property was farther from the arena than listed on Expedia. Overall a horrible experience, and would not trust this listing."

"The property was clean and well equipped. It is close to the West Edmonton Mall as advertised, however, there is major construction and no walkway to the mall. Driving was still required. This important detail was not shared. Once construction is completed this will be a great place for a mall getaway."
