"Staff were good"

"The restaurant has good meals. I didn't go into the lounge. The suites were clean, but did show a bit of wesr and tear. Still comfortable and it was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Would stay here again. "

"Main lobby is stunning, rooms not so much. We had a 2 room suite. Walked into our room, both heaters were cranked to 30°! We contacted front desk, but they just instructed us to turn the heaters down. No air conditioning (April so we didn’t need it). However both windows wide open all night and the room finally cooled to 20° by 11pm. Property location is good and easy to navigate. Be prepared for walking as the property is quite large or request a close room if needed for health reasons."

"We arrived at the establishment a little earlier than the 4:00 pm check-in time. I had made a request when we made our reservation, a few weeks prior, if we could have a bit earlier check in as we were flying very early in the morning. "The breakfast was good. What you’d expect from hotel breakfast. The coffee was super good. The front desk staff were exceptional. I have never had better service at a hotel before "

"Very welcoming to our dog, they have an inclosed off leash dog area with treats. The breakfast has great options with waffle makers. The rooms were so spacious and comfy."

"Staff were friendly, check in was easy. Complimentary breakfast was nice and the location was perfect for where we needed to be. Parking was a bit difficult at times because we wear attending during a busy week, which wasn’t ideal due to the cold weather at the time. For the price, it’s hard for me to have any complaints about my stay here. Would definitely come back."

"I booked the room because it said it had a pool. The pool was shut down and so was the hot tub, which was maybe a good thing considering how dirty the place was. The white chairs in the lobby were filthy. The bathtub had black mold in the corners, the rooms phone doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down, there was a strip of dirt along the wall that has been missed by the vacuum for at least 5 yrs and then there was a piece of broken glass behind the door. "I will never stay at best western again and i personally hope you are removed from expedia so ppl cannot use visa debits and book to just be told they cannot and be treated as a second class citizen. "
