"Location and pet friendly were the most important to us. You can hear the people upstairs walking around but not real late at night past 11:00. The master bedroom has cellular shades that let light in. This time of year it was very light very early in the morning. Bring eye blinders so you can sleep in a bit.Kitchen has good supply of tools etc."
