The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing two nights of excellent, restful sleep. The staff here are clearly well-trained and highly attentive. From check-in to departure, every interaction was handled with genuine care and professionalism. We were also made aware of the laundry service, which, should we had used it, would be a major convenience during a stay in the city. The complimentary breakfast was a standout, featuring a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options that served as a perfect start to each morning. Above all, the cleanliness of the entire hotel was impeccable. It is evident that the housekeeping and management teams maintain very high standards throughout the property. For anyone visiting Aberdeen, this hotel is a premier choice for its spacious layout, top-tier service, and meticulous attention to detail.
