Férias na praia em América Central

Maravilhoso, lindo demais

Room was very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful beach view was very nice overall the hotel was excellent

Unfortunately, my experience with the hotel was disappointing. There was a mistake with the check-in date on my reservation, which resulted in an additional charge of approximately BRL 1,500 (around USD 280). I was also forced to make a new reservation at the same hotel at a higher rate. I found the lack of flexibility and understanding from the hotel very frustrating. This situation resulted in unnecessary additional expenses and negatively impacted my overall experience.
