Located minutes from the famed Joshua Tree National Park, our 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom home is your perfect desert getaway!

Tastefully decorated to match the lush setting, our spacious and open house has everything you need to have fun with the whole group. Relax in the spa under the stars, play pool with friends, hike in the beautiful National Park, or visit the shops and restaurants in downtown Joshua Tree.

And donā€™t forget to bring your cameraā€”the sunsets are breathtaking!

Our bright and airy space mirrors the beauty of the surrounding desert. This 4-bedroom, 3 bath house works well for friends, couples, and families who want to experience all that Joshua Tree has to offer. We can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests.

The property comes with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, and BBQ to maximize your outdoor fun all year round. Please let us know 48 hours ahead of your stay if you would like to have the pool heated, and we can have it ready for your arrival! (Note that pool heating means a temperature of about 78-82 degrees. The heating is run on propane, so in the event that the propane runs out, a prorated amount of your pool heating fee will be returned.)

Our game room comes with a fun pool table and 75-inch smart TV so you can watch and play at the same time. Our master bedroom and living room also have smart TVs. All of our TVs come with Disney+, HBO Max, Hulu, and Netflix! We also offer fast and reliable Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.

Three of the bedrooms have one queen, and the master bedroom comes with two queens. Each bed has a high-quality mattress and brand-new bedding so that you can sleep in coolness and comfort each night.

The bathrooms come with essentials, including a hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo, for your convenience.

While downtown Joshua Tree offers fun local restaurants, sometimes nothing beats a relaxing meal at home. Our huge, fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a fun dinner with the group:

We also service our pool between each guest to ensure it's perfect for your stay.

Please be respectful of our neighborhood. This house is in a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests avoid loud music, parties at night, or hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint, we will have to contact the appropriate authorities. Upon a 2nd noise complaint, you will be asked to leave. To ensure that our guests do not exceed a certain volume level and disturb our neighbors, we use a NoiseAware decibel level monitoring device.

No smoking is allowed on our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged a fine starting at $300.00. We care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you.

Please clean up after yourself. There is an extra cleaning fee if the house is left in disarray.

For your safety, we have security cameras in the front and backyard.

Perfectly location

We had an excellent stay at this property! It was perfectly located for all of our day excursions in the area. Was easy access to Joshua Tree and Pioneer town. We loved coming back to the house in the afternoon/evening and enjoying the pool, hot tub And other outdoor activities. Thereā€™s ample space and privacy. The hosts checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed. And always responded quickly with any questions we had. If we ever travel back to the area would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful outdoor space & close to Joshua Tree

My family and I really enjoyed this Yucca Valley property! The outdoor space was fantastic with a lovely pool and hot tub, gas grill, fire pit, pool table, and various sitting areas. The bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The kitchen had everything we needed. The home is very close to grocery stores and a 20 minute drive from the West Entrance to Joshua Tree. Quin was super responsive and very committed to making it a great stay! We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful property near Joshua Tree

We spent a few days at this property and it was so relaxing and beautiful! Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The backyard is lovely - lots of fun spaces to hang out. The pool and the spa were very clean and the hosts were able to heat the pool for us which was great. Hosts were very attentive and checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again or at one of the other properties managed by this team. Thank you for a relaxing vacation!

Family trip to enjoy Joshua Tree

This home was perfect for our recent family trip. My family of four (including two kids ages 10 & 12), my sisterā€™s family of four (including two kids ages 7 & 9), and my mother all stayed here together. The two rooms with king beds were perfect for the couples, the room with a queen bed was perfect for my mother, and all four kids stayed in the room with two double beds.The pool table, hot tub, fire table, and heat lamps were all very appreciated by our group when we were outdoors in the lovely backyard of the property. The kitchen was large with many amenities that we enjoyed for making meals, including the Keurig & all needed pots, pans, and plenty of plates, mugs, bowls, basic spices/oil, etc. The dining table is large for a big group and we all fit comfortably for meals and games. There is a big open corner in the living room that would be perfect for a game/puzzle table to go (we love bringing a puzzle on family trips and ended up using the end of the dining table, but would have been great to have a separate table for it so it didnā€™t impose upon mealtimes). It was lovely to return here after hiking around Joshua Tree national park. I would definitely choose to stay here again with a group of people coming to Joshua Tree for a few nights. Communication from the host was clear, timely, and they were very responsive and professional.

Great on paper- but.......No

First- very clean, well kept, nice neighborhood, and amenities galore. Cool! That was about it for us. We're all working professionals with 2 kids- and additionally- I get that this is a business. Everything seems to be an upsell- in an off putting kind of way. Don't expect anything more than what's written- period. I've never had to check in later and pushed to check out earlier. 4pm and before 10am. Felt like this place should instead charge by the hour. The property manager seemed to check in- but felt like a backhanded way to remind us of the rules and policies. Anyway- to the main bummer. 10pm outdoor curfew folks. We had planned to sit outside and watch a meteor shower and then were reminded by the property manager- via a motion sensing outdoor camera that we are to be inside at 10pm. Sorry- for the money- this should be explicitly stated in the listing. We won't be back.

Home was very nice but shows wear. Could use a refresh as well as a deep clean. Shower heads very low and drainage an issue in one bathroom. Location was excellent and amenities very nice.

Beautiful home!

We had a great time. The house is beautiful and the pool and hot tub were amazing. The location is perfect! We came to town to visit friends and see a couple shows at Pappy & Harrietā€™s. This house was perfect for all this. The only thing is we werenā€™t able to sit in the hot tub at night and enjoy the cooler part of the day due to quiet time outside being 10pm. But we stall and an amazing time and would stay here again.

Beautiful house with a great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. We had a group of 4 of us and we enjoyed having space to spread out and relax. The one downside is that in order to use the hot tub you need to text the property manager to turn it on and it turns off after 2 hrs. Also you can't use it after 10pm.

Great house near Joshua Tree National Park

My parents, wife, two teens, and I really enjoyed our stay at this house. The house itself is great, with many bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate the six of us. The dining areas and grounds were as described. Joshua Tree National Park is close by and worth a visit.

Great getaway - gorgeous house

We had a lovely stay at this house. The host was very responsive which was great. Loved the heated pool, hot tub, big rooms etc. Great location to beautiful hikes. The only thing I wish was different was being able to get a later checkout. Checkout was at 10am with check-in at 4pm. I wish the host was a bit more flexible about this especially given one of our friends wasn't feeling too well. Other than this, we would recommend this place.

This house is beautiful everything is just like what you see on all pictures posted. Host that we had was on top of things responds right away. House clean. Every thing in the house is up to date. I slept in the Yellowish room and the bed was comfortable for me as well as the pillows. I did not ask my family staying with us how there beds were so sorry for not posting information on that.

Beautiful retreat

Amazing house!!!! Great retreat from the desert heat with the pool. Lots of pool toys and outdoor activities at the home. Rooms were also really well equipped and beds super comfy. Host was accessible and super helpful. Close to Joshua Tree National Park and had a great time there as well. Wish we had more time in this beautiful home!!!!

Amazing House!

This house was beautiful and the location to town was perfect. We felt far enough away from everything but the main part of town (restaurants and grocery), Joshua Tree National Park and other attractions/shops were just minutes away. Communication was was perfect. Text messages were read and answered very quickly and everything went very smooth. The pool was great and the hot tub was super relaxing in the evenings. I can't say enough great things about the house, owners and property manager. If we go back to Yucca Valley, we will absolutely rent this house again, no questions asked. Thank you for the perfect vacation.

Yucca Valley Getaway

This house is beautiful, the hosts were excellent and very accommodating. The outdoor area with the Spa and heated pool were amazing, even in December. The inside of the house had everything we needed and was super clean. We will definitely be coming back in the near future.
