Guests have private access to the entire house as well as free Wi-Fi, free parking, complimentary coffee & tea. The only exception is a locked supply closet in the kitchen and the garage.

Access to the house requires you travel on a dirt road. There are multiple paths you can take, some smoother than others. We will provide you step-by-step directions prior to your arrival.
The home is located in the vast expanse of the high desert, amidst a pristine natural setting. Here, you might come across various desert inhabitants, such as snakes, scorpions, spiders, rodents, and other wildlife native to the desert. It's important to remain vigilant of your environment. Though encounters with these creatures are generally harmless, it's crucial to respect their space, as you are sharing their habitat.
For those venturing outdoors or going on hikes, it's advisable to carry extra water and sunscreen. There is poor cell service in the park, which can be unreliable or completely unavailable. Therefore, navigating with a map or guidebook is recommended. Additionally, the high desert experiences chilly and windy conditions during the winter, so bringing additional layers is advisable for visits during these months.
Alert us of any damages. We may not be able to fix it for the next guest in a timely manner if you don't tell us right away.
Septic System. Please refrain from flushing anything other than toilet paper to prevent septic system issues.
Noise Limitation. Respect quiet hours after 10 pm, being mindful of our neighbors' peace and tranquility.
Please also be aware that disturbing the peace of the surrounding neighborhood is a violation of the town’s Municipal Code.
No smoking inside. Kindly smoke outside, away from the home.
Pet Cleanup. Please pick up after your pets.
Maximum Occupancy:
Daytime: Up to 8 individuals are permitted.
Overnight: Accommodations for a maximum of 5 guests.
Belongings Check. Please double-check all rooms and storage areas for any personal belongings. Any items found after your departure will incur a handling fee of $40 plus the cost of shipping for their return.
Pet fee: $100 (max 2 pets), please let us know at time of booking if you are bringing a pet.
