The front desk said the maintenance man will come with in 1 or 2 but didn’t come on time. Our door was fixed after 4 pm"

"Room was extremely clean and bed was comfy."

To the point where I was actually thrown off by the audacity of her attitude"

When I complained to the staff that I was paying over $200 a night and couldn’t even work in my room during the day (it was too loud to have a Zoom meeting), the person behind the front desk said they didn’t have to announce it if the construction was during “business...

"The property was immaculate and staff were very friendly and helpful! We were down for Hampton’s Homecoming and the price was very reasonable considering the events for the weekend. I would definitely recommend this location & rebook for my next visit."

"Jim, the staff member who checked us in was extremely kind and competent. We had some issues with our reservations because of some problems with Expedia and he fixed it right away. Great guy."
