"There were multiple stains in the room’s floor, mold in the corner of the bathtub, no soap or tissues in the bathroom (I was able to ask for soap and they gave me 2 bars) and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. While it didn’t smell like someone had directly smoked in the room, I could smell it in the room. I asked if the room beside mine (I was in 111) was a smoking room and was told yes. "Ficamos nesse hotel por causa do Busch Gardens. O parque é ótimo, mas não recomendo no frio. O hotel é bem próximo e fica numa região tranquila e muito bonita. A cama estava muito confortável. "Parking spots were little tight and I have a smaller vehicle. I arrived 15 minutes earlier than the 3 p.m. check in and was told the room would not be ready for another hour to an hour and a half. They did swap us out to a smaller room that was clean and ready. We didn't want to wait for our room because we had an engagement that evening and wanted to freshen up and change prior to it after driving for several hours. "It’s a bit run down but for the price point it’s what you’d expect. The indoor pool was chilly and the “hot” tub colder than the pool. The breakfast was basically just cereal. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. "
