"This place was placed perfectly. Just across the street from a very nice peaceful beach access, as well as a large park for children and dogs. There was an exceptional farmers market on Saturday that had an immense variety of local product and food trucks. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My family and I stayed (Grandma 72 years old, aunts and cousins from 6years old to 37, and my mother 52 years old.) I would stay here again."

"The unit was very nice and perfect for what we needed. Cute community with scenic grounds and plenty of food options nearby. Check in was easy and check out time was generous. It was a perfect centrally located spot for us to do some regional college visits! Would definitely stay here again when we come back for Busch Gardens."

"This was our first time staying in a place that provided most of what we needed. You can tell that Emily thought about everything that a family would need when being on vacation. "From the moment we walked in the door we were immediately greeted with the smell of freshly cleaned floors, linens, and counter tops. I was very impressed by the customer service of our hosts and the speed at which they responded to any of our questions. They were very kind and respectful as well. "Beds were comfortable, jacuzzi and large shower in the Master Bedroom was a plus! Kitchen was very functional as we stayed in for breakfast each morning. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in the future! Just wished we had better weather during our visit (rained all weekend)!"

"This is a real gem. It is small but very accomodating. Love seeing the families enjoy themselves and seeing everyone walking their dogs. Very friebdly. Wish it hadn’t rain but our daughter still had a great time at the game room and the free ice cream. Wish the ac worked better in the game room amd bathrooms but they were not terrible so I still give them a good review. We stayed in the apprentice cabin and it was very nice and comfortable-exept the queen bed could have used a spring base...

"Seriously, don't think twice about booking this property! It's in a beautiful, quiet setting and about an hour drive from countless attractions. We went to Williamsburg, short 45 minute drive through beautiful country. The property is exceptional! The host has thought of literally everything and well appointed. "This was a last minute trip with my family on Mother's Day weekend! The property was wonderful. The room was amazing for the cost. Spacious. The staff was friendly. The room and grounds had everything we needed. Only thing is that it's a little farther Way from Busch Gardens than we thought, but that has nothing to do with the grounds. We will stay longer next.time "

"Ficamos nesse hotel por causa do Busch Gardens. O parque é ótimo, mas não recomendo no frio. O hotel é bem próximo e fica numa região tranquila e muito bonita. A cama estava muito confortável. Tivemos problema com o ar condicionado, mas nos trocaram de quarto rapidamente. Atendimento ótimo. Infelizmente não me lembro do nome do rapaz que nos atendeu. Mas ele foi muito prestativo."
