"If you are wanting a nice clean cute stay at a place in Florence, do not book this spot. My partner and I were super excited about this spot. When we showed up it was the complete opposite of what the listing shows. It was so difficult to find the place that I had to ask where it was. The people who helped had no clue what we were talking about and thought it was an old shed that wasn’t in use. There was no clear entrance and no parking. When we walked inside it was nothing like the pictures....

"Overall, we were fairly pleased with it. Great location. One noticeable problem, both nights we stayed we could hear people walking on the floor above us until around 4am. Definitely impacted sleep. Fix that and you’d have a great place"

"Overpriced, facility was worn, bed was comfortable, no iron or ironing board, only 2 bath towels and wash clothes that were thin. Shower was nothing special just basic tub. Hair dryer was apart in a drawer where the handle on the drawer was broken. I would not stay there again. Very hard to find the location as the name of the hotel was not given just an address."
