"It was such a wonderful lovely experience. I got this place for a mini getaway with my parents because it was my father’s birthday. The Manager of the property was super duper accommodating and friendly from the beginning of my stay to the end. I will definitely be back for some more adventures and am happy to have had such a wonderful host! Just want to applaud and thank them for allowing us to stay and enjoy the beach house! "

"The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The flowers and landscaping was pretty. I needed help with the wifi and had a quick response. The path and stairs to the beach was easy, though the rocks were tricky for me but doable. Everything was great."

"Enjoyed it all right on the beach.. walking forever with the dog and friend at low tide just out the front door. Fabulous kitchen with a view. Jacuzzi tub in one bathroom, and awesome master bathroom with a view.Then to top it off a rooftop hot tub to star gaze while soaking.There was a little issue at check in and management responded immediately and took care of us so well… everything was perfect"

"The Overlook provides a perfect location when staying in Yachats whether for 3 days or for 2 weeks. During our 2 weeks we loved starting each morning with a dog walk to the local sandy beach. Morning coffee and pastry at the Green Salmon was just a block away, as were out-to-eat options at the Luna Fish House and Drift Inn. Plus the grocery story is just a block away. "Everything one would need was available in the kitchen except the food you bring. Quite surprising array of dishes, utensils, only thing one might need is a lighter for the BBQ when the wind is blowing strong the electric igniters couldn't light the propane.Only issue we had was the code quit working for the door and we were locked out for 35 minutes waiting on a reply to text and email for help.We'll be back, lovely location, quiet, right on the beach"

"We can't say enough good things about this house. The location is beautiful. The owner provided everything needed for a perfect stay. Its close to so many beaches and hikes that your head spins from the options. Or if you just want to stay there and walk the beach, its usually only you and a few other humans and dogs.Quiet and serene. Thank you!"

"Overall, things were great! However, there were a couple things that could be addressed. The instructions for entering the house were incorrect and caused a little confusion and delay. We were referred to the wrong lock in the written instructions. An available video was correct. Also,therewas an issue with hot water supply in the master bathroom, which we have discussed with support. Otherwise we really enjoyed our experience and the location is wonderful!"

"We loved our get away, no sun though but it was cool. I wrote the dates wrong so did not stay through Sat… I have some balance issues so had to go slow coming in the back door. I did not attempt the front steps … bc of the weather we did not walk the beach but really enjoyed the coziness of the home and all the light house decor very cute. Thanks! Anne"
