A gorgeous designer sofa and armchair overlook the 42" HDTV with Instant-Netflix, gaming and other Web access plus Blu Ray DVD player and the condo is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi. Whether you are working remotely or trying to entertain the kids during a rainy day at the beach – “Robinson” has all your needs covered.

The fun doesn’t stop in the kitchen! Bright countertops and vibrant colors create a joyful ambiance. This charming kitchen has everything you need to make a wonderful home cooked meal and is sure to put a smile on your face. After dinner, step outside and enjoy a glass of wine with the waves crashing in the background. The guest room is furnished with a pyramid style bunk bed that features a full-sized bed over a queen bed. Children will love the neat built-in staircase and adults will appreciate the stair storage as it maximizes the space. There is a full bathroom just outside the guest room that is useful to visitors and occupants of the guest room. The primary suite has a king bed that positions you so that you wake up with expansive ocean views each morning. What more could you ask for!

Stay Requirements: Sunday to Sunday rental in summer. Minimum of two-night stays in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full.
Parking: Parking for 2 vehicles with HOA parking pass.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Smoking, Pets, Boats, Trailers, RV’s, Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. The Station One complex requires all vehicles to display an HOA issued parking pass while parked on the property in order to avoid citation. Passes are strictly enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. All reservations require parking passes which will be issued from Bryant Real Estate to the reservation holder at the time of check in.
Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).

Bryant Real Estate, established in 1952, is a professionally operated firm that is licensed in North Carolina and hired by the property owner to manage “W143 – Robinson” as a vacation rental.

Contractors may be onsite Monday–Saturday, 8:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Guests can expect some daytime noise and activity in common areas while work is in progress.
