"House was exactly as described, well-stocked with towels and kitchen supplies. Location is perfect, beaches, battleship, family, and restaurants all within 20 minutes of house. Owner was extremely fast in replying to any questions. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had such a fun time staying in the heart of Wilmington. The house was perfect for 3 girls- we each had our own bedroom. The living room was cozy for late night chatting! We walked to dinner and/or brunch to enjoy the vibe of downtown. And only had a 20min drive to the beach! Much thanks to the hostess!"

"Stayed with my parents who are in their 90s to visit daughter who attends UNCW. It was the perfect place to retreat to after full days of exploring Wilmington and visiting UNCW. The cottage is tidy and the backyard is so inviting. Will definitely visit again. "

"I stayed at this location with my friends for a long weekend. The property was extremely clean and in a great neighborhood within walking distance to everything downtown. We had a great time here!"
