"Great location. Needing some updating . Deep clean needed . Repair in bedroom ceiling needed . Small dresser for bedrooms for clothes would have been nice especially with no closet. Curb appeal lacking stain or paint job would help . Not enough towels , only one coffee cup ."

"The property is very convenient to the beach, maybe 100 yards and no roads to cross. There are a couple of bar/restaurants within 200 ft of the place, and the Wrightsville beach pier (fishing) is 100 yards away. The condo is very nicely set up with everything one would need. There's covered parking for 1 car and a small outdoor storage area with a lock. It has a washer & dryer, dishwasher, and newer, clean bathroom. There are one king-size bed and two bunks. There is a nice deck. It was perfect...
