The cleaning fee includes towels and linens for your stay; however, you will want to bring your own beach / pool towels. While we do provide some items to get you started, here is a list of a few other things we want to remind you to bring:

You must be at least 25 years old to book.

- No events, house parties, weddings, receptions, etc..
- No smoking in or on-premise.
- NO Pets
​​​​​​​- Due to sever allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

Parking rules: 3 vehicles MAX. One in the garage, one under porch and one behind that vehicle if you need additional. No double parking under the porch and no parking in the middle between duplex. Owner sign for designated parking must not be moved.
- For any additional cars or parking, you will need to park your car on the street and pay for additional parking.
- We'd like to let you know that the lower-level apartment is occasionally used by the owner. Rest assured, this space is not available to renters, so your privacy and comfort are our top priorities. The upper level where you'll be staying is all yours to enjoy, with its own separate entrance and amenities.

We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook). User error will result in a service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator unsupervised. Use at your own risk.
