"This place is as clean and in a nice area, but it is not a hotel. Which you see when booking, but it just wasn’t the best with communication and trying to get updates. We are Hilton diamond members and couldn’t get into our room until right at 4:00, even though we got there at 10 and were willing to pay for early check in. "Paid for early check in but apartment was not ready when we arrived. Had to wait in the hall. Contacted Host and was told I would receive a refund for the early check in fee but have not seen that yet. Apartment was nice and as advertised and pictured. One thing to be aware is bedroom windows are right next to very bright parking lights and there are no blackout shades so it does feel like perpetual morning all night. Also master bed shares wall with the entrance to the building and door opening...

"We traveled from Hawaii and never been to Utah. I wanted a place that would accommodate a party of 5. This place was perfect for us to sleep comfortable. Very spacious and clean. The parking area was convenient. It was nice to park the car and didn’t require us to walk up stairs with all of our luggage.
