"This is a clean, spacious & quiet basement apartment w/big windows & view. It was reasonably priced, in a great location & perfect for our needs. There were nice touches, like water bottles in the fridge & microwave popcorn & snacks on the kitchen counter left for us. We loved having a large sectional to relax on. "The place was great for our weeklong stay.The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, pot & pans, and a large compliment of both coffee and spices.The beds were comfy, access throughout the space was open and easy, and it felt like a nice secure location.There are lots of independent eateries, along with indy coffee shops and Liberty Park just two blocks away, a super place to relax, take in the Tracy Aviary, and enjoy the mini-carnival in the center of the park."

"The entrance is a bit hidden and we were in the bottom room so had to go through the laundry room, but once in the room it was perfect. nicely decorated, clean and simply stocked with the basics. The bed was very comfortable as was the pull out couch. Having tvs in both rooms was great as well. It was a nice place and good value for the money. Lastly, good location with access to downtown, quick drive to college and stores and gas nearby. "
