"This place is fantastic! Perfectly located in the heart of Capitol Hill area, walking distance to the best little eateries and shops, and gives a lovely upscale vibe overall. The pool deck and amenities center were top-notch -clean, modern, and fun!Note about the golf simulator...bring your own clubs! Understandably, they don't host a set of clubs, as they would likely get abused and perhaps carried off over time, so be sure to bring your own or rent a set.Definitely a highly recommended...

"Based on the pictures and description on VRBO website, we had high expectations. The apartment was spectacular for comfort, view, location, and cleanliness. If this property is within your price range we would definitely advise to book immediately if available for your stay. There is no debate, it is a nice place to sleep for a few nights and very convenient to everything downtown. We loved it and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Only a couple of other things to note that are different...

"This was the greatest little studio! It was light & bright & clean. The wall of windows were amazing, large tv, modern furniture. What was REALLY impressive was the top floor - the gym was incredible & the little lounging areas were cozy with a gorgeous view of the city. Our host was so quick to respond with any questions I had! Great stay - we will definitely be back if we find ourselves in the city again!"

"I loved staying here! It's a good location and the apartment is nice. This doesn't have a secondary lock so I used a portable lock. The water heater needs maintenance, it was loud and kept me up at night. So I just stopped using the hot water at night. The neighbors were nice too!"
