"Overall, the location of this place and the apartment itself is wonderful. The check-in process is cumbersome, as well as the process to get/use the garage access. However, I would do it all over again, the price for parking here is much cheaper than anywhere else. There is quick and easy access to DC via the subway. Definitely recommend staying here with a family versus in DC for much more cost."

"A winter stay didn't allow for seeing all the benefits of the location, but it seemed like a good spot for metro and highway access. The building is dated but clean. The unit was clean and functional. The kitchen was fine and well appointed with all of the expected necessities. The bathrooms are in need of updating. Some water damage is evident. "Terrible!! Paid for parking garage. never received parking pass. So we had to park almost 15 mins away. They said there was nothing they could do to get me the pass we paid for and they would refund me... we still haven't received any refund. ALSO airplanes and trains go by about every 5 mins its EXTREMELY LOUD."
