I booked a Global Luxury Suites hotel via hotels.com, only to find it was actually the Skymark building, owned by Churchill. I opted to pay upon arrival, yet my card was charged in full 7-10 days before my stay without any explanation. Attempts to resolve this with hotels.com failed; they couldn't contact the company. Big TV screen in living and bedroom! Full kitchen! Close to great groceries, many restaurants, mall, metro! Very clean. I would recommend that the cleaning company clean the lint from dryer regularly - it was very full which is a fire risk. The checking process needs some fine tuning - they use a service that starts with AI...
