"When I made my reservation I only did it for myself. I forgot to add my 2 children and wife. When I got to the hotel I had to pay $30 extra per persons and per day. If I knew this was going to happen I would’ve just booked a resort near by since I ended up paying the same price for 2 days. The beds were so uncomfortable. Feels like you’re sleeping in the floor. "Our room was with out hot water 2 of the 3 days we were there. Out toilet didn’t work and Jen asked to be moved management was rude and told me I could leave. This was holiday and birthday trip for my 2 sons. This ruined our trip"

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it."

"This is a newer hotel or newly renovated and a nice upgrade from the other chain hotels in town. Nice comfortable lobby and seating area for eating breakfast or playing games. Outdoor seating also with a firepit but no shade and it was hot so we didn't use. The fitness room looked pretty good , pool and hot tub were small but fine for kids. I was given an ADA room and the door was very hard to open, tricky lock but I could get in after several tries. The room was very clean and nicely...
