"It was clean, staff was very friendly, and loved the area. I was disappointed in the breakfast. The eggs were runny, no bacon and they let the bread be out in the open so it was very dry."

"If you are looking for quaint and family friendly… this is your spot. We spent the 4th of July here, and felt general comradery with other guests and staff. Adults told older children to look out and help the littles and shared toys. Resort bonfires encouraged kids to get involved my daughters got to play tambourine and dance… guests cheered them on which made my 6 year olds night. This trip was refreshing for the soul. "When I made my reservation I only did it for myself. I forgot to add my 2 children and wife. When I got to the hotel I had to pay $30 extra per persons and per day. If I knew this was going to happen I would’ve just booked a resort near by since I ended up paying the same price for 2 days. The beds were so uncomfortable. Feels like you’re sleeping in the floor. "1. we wanted a handi-cap accessible room and our room was not. 2. bathroom was not wheelchair accessible. 3. only 8 wheelchair accessible parking spots in our area and we had to park in the back of the parking lot so we could use the wheelchair ramp on our van to get our child in and out of the van and we were charged $20 a day for parking and this was not disclosed prior. 4. pool handicap chairs did not have chest straps and not able to use for our child **** would never go again as this is...

"Our room was with out hot water 2 of the 3 days we were there. Out toilet didn’t work and Jen asked to be moved management was rude and told me I could leave. This was holiday and birthday trip for my 2 sons. This ruined our trip"

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay! The room was updated and clean, comfy bed. The pool was clean and water warm. There is also a sauna, gym, yoga, and relaxation room onsite. We will be staying here again on our next trip in the Dells & I highly recommend it."
