There is no human contact. It was the perfect size/fit for us, small but very well designed with a well equipped kitchen (full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishes, etc.). The bed was comfortable and, most of all, the apartment was very clean. And the location is perfect for taking the subway and easily reaching important tourist areas (wharf, USS Constitution, Liberty Trail, etc.). "This apartment was perfect for our couples weekend trip to Boston: 15 minutes walking to the red line, quiet (for a city) neighbourhood, clean space, and parking. The only downside was the upstairs residents seemed to be the most active from 10 pm to around 4 am every night, heavy footfalls and moving furniture across the floor. Otherwise its the perfect place to stay."
