This condo has absolutely the best location and slopeside mountain views available, situated right in the middle of Winter Park Resort's new base village, just a few steps away from all the various activities throughout the year. This includes skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, AND IS ONLY A FEW STEPS OUT THE LOBBY DOOR TO THE NEW ZEPHYR 10 PERSON GONDOLA.

This is an animal free home due to owners severe pet allergies. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets.

This premium second floor unit is one of the nicest condos in the building and includes a large covered deck that frames the amazing ski mountain and gondola views. This welcoming home is very "family friendly" with several upgraded features that other rentals in the area don't offer, including a completely equipped chef's kitchen, wall mounted HD TV's with cable access, a large assortment of board games, locally roasted gourmet coffee, door pad for keyless secure entry with 24 hour check in, FREE wireless high speed internet, premium bedding, portable crib, booster chair with tray, and completely stocked with everything you need including organic 5 star hotel quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion.

Relax after an invigorating day of winter skiing or summer mountain biking and view all the various resort village festivities from your private covered deck throughout the year. This exceptional condo is situated within the wonderful Zephyr Mountain Lodge building, allowing guests to enjoy fabulous amenities, including a heated underground parking garage (the resort charges a separate daily parking fee of $18 per day during the ski season only which is not included) secure bike storage, a FREE private ski locker room, a beautiful lobby living room with a stone fireplace, onsite gym and multiple hot tubs.

The resort village also offers several summer attractions including Trestle, one of North America's largest mountain bike parks, an alpine slide, mini golf, human maze, zip line, gyro extreme, disc golf, rock climbing wall, bungee trampolines, gold panning, and bouncy house. Great Ski-In Ski-out location

The property was clean and in an excellent location to quickly access the Gondola Lift.  Definitely ski in/ski out with ski run access via the end of Corridor Green Trail.  Ski lockers were in a great location for skiing access and rooms.  Room was comfortable and all appliances worked.  Check in check out was very easy via lock box.  Hot tubs were operational and clean. There are a few restaurants close by within walking distance along with shops.  Overall a decent property with a good location for skiing and nearby facilities.  Minor negatives were that the room is a bit dated decoration and furniture wise, and I really didn't care for all the dim and yellow lighting.  Our room thermostat would not permit us to turn the heat off and the room got so warm at the lowest temp setting we had to open the windows in February to cool off at night.  Each room did have a box fan we used as well.  The other negative is the parking.  While convenient and located beneath the facility, it is a pain for entry and exit.  The instructions for arrival were incorrect saying we could enter with just the parking pass and then go pick up our room key.  But, you must have both your room key and your parking pass to enter and exit the parking garage all the time.  So make sure you have both before attempting entry into the garage.  Community washer and dryer are available on the floor for pay.  We really liked both the pizza place (Pizza Pedlr) and Goodies Mountain Creperie, had a great breakfast.

Wonderful Christmas Vacation

Condo was very clean and well equipped in kitchen (to include coffee/ salt & pepper and beyond) and bathroom amenities and location was fabulous. Host responded very quickly to all questions prior to arrival! We did have a challenge getting into ski locker that didn’t have instructions to use room key not a code but they answered call and advised. The pre paid parking QR code was a challenge that I will reconcile with the company and was separate from host. One suggestion would be to upgrade size & technology of tv in living room to smart tv to access Netflix etc. Great vacation! We will be back!

Great location

The place was great. We were not given enough keys for how many we had in our party but owner rectified that with a call. Was disappointed that unit did not have laundry in unit. I did not enjoy walking down hall with rolls of quarters and felt that could have been made more clear in the unit description. Would stay there again though.

This is a great property. It’s right next to Gondola and you can basically ski in right to the door by ski locker. Nice to have heated underground parking with 30 inches of snow this weekend!

Summer Winter Park Getaway!

The location couldn't have been more centrally located. This particular condo is right by the lift for ski season and the bike rental for summer. We rented July 2023 and the location is a bit noisy to be honest. We had windows open all day and all night. We enjoyed several restaurants and sitting areas near by. Would have loved a larger balcony for more than two people to enjoy.

Great Location!

This was our first time at a slopeside property and it didn’t disappoint. The convenience is hard to beat. The rooms were spacious enough, and the kitchen, though laid out a bit odd, had what we needed to prepare our meals there. Same floor as the ski lockers and the exit to the slopes made it very easy to get on the mountain. Would stay here again!

Perfect stay

Loved everything about this condo! Check in was so easy. The unit was very clean and had great towels. The condo is exactly as advertised. We loved that it was on the 2nd floor— same floor as the ski locker, hot tubs, and access to the ski corridor. Our only suggestion is to add a humidifier for each bedroom as the CO air can be super dry. Such a great stay and we’d stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Loved this property & management co

The unit was wonderful. Clean, well stocked and just what our family needed. I reached out to the management company the first night bc one of the box fans in the unit was broken. I assumed I wouldn’t hear back bc a lot of times those are just things left by past renters. The next day when we came in from the slopes a fan was sitting at our door. I was shocked! We have stayed in two units this winter both run by different management companies. I have to say this one blew my socks off!! Our last one couldn’t even get our room clean and we couldn’t get anyone to call us back! I couldn’t believe this company would go out of their way to bring us a fan! Great job taking care of your clients. Zephyr is always our choice when we can find a decent price. If you are trekking to ski school note this unit is in Slopeside and it’s a little farther to lug your kids and gear. We had a great trip and would stay here again in a heart beat.

Amazing ski location

Location was perfect near the gondola. Our family loved the unit, proximity to amenities, and being able to look out over the ski runs from the balcony. The unit had a ski locker and washing machine down the hall which were very convenient.

Great location, easy check-in, walked right out to gondola

This place was great! It was clean, plenty of towels and you can walk right out to the gondola. Lots of food options within short walking distance and the hot tubs are right down the hall outside. For check-in, you pull up to the front of the property near the parking garage entrance and get the key cards from the lockbox. Park underground near the slope side elevator and you’re there. Would stay there again!

Great location. A few things missing from the condo such as one of the bath tub drains and the patio door had a” a piece was broken off of it so it was hard to close from inside. Kitchen have everything we needed. The condo was very warm And cozy. Loved the pack and play and the wagon in the unit . Was supposed to have a highchair but we ended up getting it on day two of our stay. Check in was a little confusing.

Amazing location and nice condo! Important to note that there isn't a washer & dryer in the room, it's common coin-operated laundry. And the pack n play wasn't in the condo when we arrived that night so we had to wait until the next morning for one to be dropped off (on-call customer service wasn't helpful). Make sure to call ahead to ensure there is a pack n play in the unit upon arrival if you have a baby!

Great Ski-in/Ski-out location

This was our 6th trip to Winter Park and you can't beat the location of this rental. Your rental is right above the ski rental shop and the ski lockers are super convenient to rental location and building exit. Communication on check-in process and parking garage instructions were on point. Contactless Check-in was super easy and fast. Condo had everything you would need as far as kitchen necessities. Maybe with the exception of the knives which were extremely dull and almost dangerous to try and use. But, that was only a minor inconvenience compared to everything else that was an A+. Would also recommend bringing own shampoo and bath soaps, as what was provided wasn't very good. Perfect size for family of 4 adults. Would def recommend!!
