Home was exactly as advertised. It had everything we needed. 5 guy trip. Walked to all restaurants, fishing, and bike rental. Great intermediate single track mnt biking right up the street. Home had all the bells and whistles.

I'll start this by saying that everything other than what I mention below was great. We booked this home not only for its size and aesthetic, but also because it listed "a universal fast charge electric car charger". And that was one of our two cars that our large group would be taking up the mountain. After check in we noticed that the car charger was not there and called the property manager. They said they would call us back by 7pm with an answer. They did not call back. Which was a big deal since we had 10 people that wanted to explore the town and now we were down a car. When we called back the next morning we were told that there is not a car charger and they would be emailing where we could find a car charger in the area. We were looking ourselves as well. They did not email back and I had to call back. We looked for a car charger ourselves, taking time away from our planned activities, only two find our first three stops where either a line ten cars deep for one station, or broken. We finally found a parking garage that had to charge the car overnight. So only one car for 10 people our entire trip. Between that and that lack of communication (no calls / emails back, late calls) our trip was a bust. One manger was very nice and offered us an incredibly low refund. Also, they know this was misstep as they have since corrected the listing for a car charger. Busted trip and bad communication.

The place was immaculately cleaned, and absolutely beautiful. We had more then enough room for our family. The beds and layout are very intentional and that was wonderful! The hot tub was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Overall a wonderful stay! Will try to book this again when we come out!

The house itself is 6 stars, high ceilings, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, very spacious and has everything you need. The 3rd floor hot tub area is perfect and you can hear the river from any room on the back of the house including the master. This house is located in a densely packed down town Winterpark community. The main VRBO picture gives the impression that it is on a hill standing alone, but it isn’t and there are other houses within 10 feet of it. At this time the neighborhood is a construction zone. We were lucky that they did not work on Monday, but on Tuesday (thankfully check out day) there was a lot of construction noise. Once complete, the neighborhood will be very peaceful. We enjoyed our stay in Winter Park.

Came to ski with my kids, my husband parents and their dog and his sister, husband and their 3 y/o, 11month old and their dog and we all felt like we had space to spread out. House has everything you need and was a 5 minute drive to the mountain. Was super clean and modern but also comfortable like a home. Would absolutely recommend!
