This vacation home rental in Winter Park has one of the best location and views available which is right in the middle of downtown Winter Park in the popular Hideaway Station neighborhood. The condos in this building are located on the second floor of the building and bedrooms within the condo are upstairs with a total of 2 flights of stairs including the stairs to reach the residences on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms upstairs within the condo. Walk right outside your door and enjoy fantastic mountain restaurants, shopping, night life, trail system for hiking and biking, and various scheduled events and concerts in the Town's new Hideaway Park amphitheater area. The Fireside Market is also next door for all of your grocery shopping. Winter Park Resort is only 5 minutes away and the FREE resort shuttle next to the building will drop you off right in the middle of the resort base village which includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities.

Just down the street is the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. The popular recreational areas of Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are only a 30 minute drive, making for an exceptional rocky mountain accommodation.

Great property, awesome location.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary. It was a great place and close to everything you need in Winter Park. Loved the coffee shop under the unit too.

Hot summer getaway

Location is great for RMNP! I traveled with my wife a 2 sm. dogs to get away from the heat and humidity of the Midwest, we weren't disappointed. Our daughter visited us from Oceanside, CA. for a few days and was so impressed with the weather and scenery, and she lives on the beach! As a teenager I visited Winter Park many times , I enjoyed sharing those memories with my wife. We will visit again someday.

Overall, very satisfied. The unit was clean and the location was great. The bedrooms are fairly small with no dressers, so finding locations for luggage access is challenging.

Stay at Hideaway Station

Great condo directly across the street from the bus stop to the mountain. Market and liquor store literally next door. Beds are comfy! Only want was better cooking utensils since we make meals in condo :)

Lovely loft

The loft was very nice, well furnished and the location was very convenient for us. The only negative thing was that the home was not very clean - floor had not been washed, carpeting had several stains and the wood on the stairs leading to the second level was very dirty. I wiped up the floor and washed the wood on the staircase myself as I found it quite unacceptable.

comfortable home close to all attractions

Apart from checking in, where the code that we were given didnt work and we had to call the 24hr support to regenerate a code for us, everything else was fantastic. we were a group of 4 with 2 dogs and the place was very cozy and comfortable for our 5 day stay. its close to a lot of shops and restuarants. The house was clean and had plenty of extra towels. would definitely come for another stay and recommend to others

MLK Weekend Getaway

Overall really enjoyed the apartment! Awesome area next to restaurants and grocery, love having brand new kitchen and bathrooms (+ w/d in unit)! Good location - you should highlight access to bus more, that was a game changer realizing it was outside the front door! Cleanliness could be much better: both bedrooms had trash under the beds and living room floor had some dusty areas. Access was an issue. We had to download an app after the door code wasnt working and mgmt texted us. Wish they had notified us earlier because they knew others had the same problem and it was after hours, worried we may not get someone. Once we got set up it worked fine. Thanks for the stay, will come back!

Ski trip

Unit was located very conveniently to Winter Park restaurants and 10 minutes from ski resort. Everything seemed very new within the condo- beds, TV's, kitchen appliances, fireplace. We enjoyed it very much and would stay there again.

Great location and brand new!

Super clean, brand new. We loved the location near restaurants, movies, and the trail system. Will definitely stay here again! Just an FYI.... if you are a light sleeper, the snow plows in the wee hours on Main can get annoying but you get used to them after a night or two. They didn’t bother us. Truly a great place to stay!

Nicely finished property, but location next to US 40 makes it far too loud for a summer stay. The code process to open doors was cumbersome as well.

This place was amazing!

I will not hesitate to book again. The location was breath taking due to the surroundings. Everyone was having a great time and it was obvious. The only thing I did not like is I arrived during the wee hours to the location and apparently I was supposed to had already received an email prior to arrival with my access codes to the location. I called and checked for the email once it was revealed that it should of been sent prior. I did not receive the access information prior to my arrival as I should of and could of avoided the delay it took to access the property. Other wise this was so worth it and I can't wait to return. Thank you for everything!
