Brand new construction ensures that all appliances, fixtures, and electronics offer a modern convenience that guests will greatly appreciate and comfortable furnishings ensure that everyone who stays under its roof will feel pampered and spoiled. 2 QUEEN BEDS, A QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA, AND A PACK AND PLAY PORTABLE CRIB give even the smallest of guests a deep and uninterrupted sleep in their own private spaces. THE HOME COMES WITH A SECURE SKI LOCKER AT THE RESORT BASE FOR GUEST USE IN THE WEST PORTAL STATION, WHICH IS EXTREMELY CONVENIENT TO STORE YOUR EQUIPMENT DURING YOUR STAY WHICH VERY FEW PROPERTIES OFFER!

Step into a space that invites all who enter to relax and be comfortable, as wood floors, oversized windows, and high ceilings add charm to its footprint. The open concept floor plan of #207 keeps no secrets, revealing all its treasures at first glance. A large entryway gives guests a place to leave their boots and hang their winter garb as they prepare to explore the home they will call their own for the next week or so of their lives. A living room is at the center of the space, offering crisp white walls that keep the room bright, a stone fireplace surrounded by built-in bookshelves (also painted a bright white) and casually elegant furnishings that are welcoming and comfortable. French doors lead out to a private balcony which offers a barbecue grill and some of the most incredible views ever experienced and windows that surround the open floor plan ensure there is no bad place to sit, just spots where the views serve as a constant reminder of the beauty of Winter Park! #207 is a premium corner unit and as such, the balcony is more spacious and the views are even better! The queen sofa bed is one secret this space offers, hiding out in plain sight, while a state-of-the-art flat-screen television hangs over the fireplace, providing entertainment to all and perhaps a way to help restless sleepers who have chosen the sofa bed for their place to dream, quiet their brains.

The kitchen is a favorite spot of almost everyone you meet and ours is no exception. The long galley style format allows for multiple chefs to do their magic in a room where custom cabinetry, white stone countertops, and an expansive breakfast bar fronted with three leather and fabric barstools is destined to be the primary hangout space. Pendant lamps hang over the breakfast bar, ensuring there is always enough light and high end appliances in stainless steel, including a gas range, help make ordinary kitchen chores more fun! A desk, located just off the entry between the kitchen and living room is a great space for youngsters who still have classes to keep up to do their work, out in the open so moms or dads can keep an eye on their progress.

The dining room, while still open to the rest of the space, is tucked away in a corner, surrounded by windows to keep it light and providing seating for six with chairs that are wood, yet cushioned for your comfort at its sleekly modern wood table that anchors the room. Designed for more than dining, this is the room where laughter will be heard, stories will be told, and board games found on the shelves of the living room bookshelf will be played. Because of its semi-private space, it can also be used as an impromptu office space when important Zoom meetings have to be attended; high-speed wireless internet will help keep the meeting as glitch free as possible and the views visible from the windows at your back will be the envy of all who are stuck back at the office.

The master suite of #207 offers a peaceful and Zen place to retreat to at the end of every day. A queen bed with high wood headboard, colorful art, and soft warm linens is placed in front of a generously sized windows that lets in light and views. Window coverings allow guests to close out that light on mornings they want to sleep late and a private bathroom offering a tiled walk-in shower comes supplied with quality sample sized toiletries for your convenience.

The second guest room also offers a queen bed and an extra feeling of peace that emanates from the portrait of a mature tree that hangs above its wooden headboard. A table lamp with an Edison style lightbulb provides a touch of industrial style to the place as soft linens keep sleepers warm, even as the snow falls heavily outside the generous window that provides more incredible views. This room shares the main bath which offers another tiled walk-in shower.

A closet located just inside the entryway offers a very useful surprise, a stackable washer and dryer that allows you pack less and travel light, because practicality matters and who knows? You may want to fill up your half empty suitcase with souvenirs and memorabilia purchased during your Winter Park adventures!

Community amenities include an open air hot tub, a community seating area, and underground parking garage that ensures your car will stay nice and toasty when the wind chill dips into the negative numbers. Fantastic Stay!!

I have stayed at this property numerous times, but it was the first time in this specific unit. Great unit, clean and well equipped. Winter Park is such a fun location and the location and property can't be beat!!

Great location and property, only concern is the unit overlooks the hot tub and guest or homeowners do not follow quiet hours as quest were using the hot tub passed 11 pm on Friday and Saturday nights. Also the property list queen beds but seems like they were doubles

All good. Nice property. Heat was preset at 75 degrees. Way too HOT! Couldn't change the temperature, seemed like the heat was locked in. Would like directions to change thermostat to a lower temperature. My only complaint! Everything else was great!

We love staying at this condo complex in Winter Park because it’s close to skiing, restaurants, store, trail, parking garage. The condo was clean, easy check in, beds were comfortable. The only downside is you’re right above the hot tub. It wasn’t bad and I’m pretty noise sensitive. We would stay again.

We had a great time! Beautiful place, nice amenities, comfortable and spacious. Response time from host was great, kitchen had all items needed. Only one minor detail worth noting was dead rotting carnations on dinner table. Everything else was fantastic! Hot tub was great! We really enjoyed it.

Great unit, problem 2 nights because the shared hot tub is right below the unit, had to deal with late night teenagers drinking, yelling, and playing loud music, I had to yell down at them each night after 10 to get out, would not ever stay in that unit again because of that.

The condo was exactly as described. Very new with new appliances and decor. Very clean. Great location right in the middle of downtown Winter Park. Walking distance to restaurants. The use of the ski locker at West Portal Station was a great benefit!

Long Overdue

This is the best condo EVER! Our family needed a quick getaway for the Holiday break. The condo was immaculate and felt like home. While my family went skiing, I enjoyed looking through family cookbooks and discovered we have a lot in common with our hosts. Absolutely the best and they set the bar high for a VRBO. We haven’t stopped talking about this Condo and the pride the owners take in their Condo at WP. Nicely done!

Spectacular stay!

David's home was even better than we were anticipating! Roomy, comfy, cozy and the perfect mountain escape. We had 6 adults + 1 infant and were all very comfortable here. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a pullout sofa bed (a very nice one, not one of those ones with springs in it that we all fear!) plus a pack-n-play for the kiddo! A beautiful, large kitchen to make a family meal and table for eating and board games. The only ding isn't on the stay or David - but the property management companies send far too many emails leading up to the trip...between Winter Park Escapes, Xplorie and VRBO I received more than 20 emails in two weeks. Bit overkill.

Good place to stay !

This unit has a nice sized desk so it was convenient for work from home situation. Note that both rooms has queen beds and there is no king. No carpet in the Unit so it felt really clean. Nicely decorated, warm and inviting.. TV in every bedroom. Kitchen was very well equipped. My only problem was the noise from the hot tub right below the Unit. Not sure if they have hrs of operation but people were there from early morning to until pretty late at night and I could hear them loud and clear even with windows closed. If you are a noise sensitive light sleeper or trying to have zoom meetings this maybe a problem.

New condo, walk to many restaurants/shops/downtown

We had a very nice, extended stay at condo 207 at Hideway Station. The condo is new, very well equipped with nice kitchen items, TV, internet, beds, furniture, and a washer and dryer. There is no carpet, but vinyl wood floor that is heated (when you want) which was perfect for a dog, which they allow. Staying here in the summer is probably much different than in the winter, because you have to have the windows open in the summer, which can be a little bit of an issue due to the location of the property and sounds from the hot tub and nearby train tracks. Because we stayed longer than 2 weeks with a dog, a mid-term inspection was required. This was not an issue, and we met the wonderful owner. Pros Beautifully appointed condo, new everything Very comfortable beds with plenty of bedding Allows a dog Walkable (15-min) to just about every restaurant in town Free parking in the garage underneath (1 spot) Free parking across the driveway in the parking garage Backs to the Fraser River Trail Easy walks with dog + poop bags on every corner Always felt safe, very well lit outside Fancy grocery and liquor store across the street Bike storage inside the property, requires a code to enter Very well pointed kitchen, sharp chef knives, everything you need for making a gourmet meal at home Plenty of closet space for storage Never felt cramped Wonderful internet speeds (200 Mbps from fast.com) Big kitchen island Two comfy couches + 2 chairs Grill on the deck, connected direct to natural gas Seating for 4 on the deck Washer and Dryer in the condo Cons (probably summer only, due to open windows) Right above the hot tub....had to call mgmt every day for the first week we were there, which wasn't pleasant. But it seemed to get better, after that first week, because for the next several weeks the hot tub was finally quiet at 10pm. Trains come pretty regularly, 4am..... not much you can do about this one.
