Four serene bedrooms all with views of Winter Park Resort, 3.5 beautiful baths, and over 4200 square feet of pure luxury, treats up to 11 guests to an incredible luxurious experience. The beautiful Lakota Trail home custom built, to enjoy the best views of Winter Park Resort. Guests will step inside a space that blends mountain charm with modern conveniences. Open the front door to be greeted by a large foyer with a double-sided floor to ceiling custom stone fireplace as the center focal piece. Follow the gorgeous wood floors to the main living room offering comfortable and stylish leather furnishings, a 60" HD TV, and the other side of the double-sided gas fireplace that adds romance and warmth during any season. Competing for space and attention, however, are the vaulted ceilings with exposed log beams, huge windows that offer unobstructed views of the Colorado landscape just outside. Green during the summer months, fiery and vibrant in the fall, covered in a blanket of pure white snow during all the winter and much of spring, the everchanging scenery never seems to get boring.

This is an animal free home due to owners severe pet allergies. The owners have severe pet allergies, making this home animal free (with no exceptions). We have other lodging that can accommodate service animals and guests with pets.

The kitchen in #2013 is absolutely stunning. Striking marble countertops wrap though the kitchen accenting the dark custom wood cabinetry. Find gourmet high-end appliances, and a gas range stovetop to help bring back the joy in cooking. This kitchen features a minibar area, 2 islands with plenty of counterspace for creating masterpiece dishes, and bar seating for 6 people. Off the kitchen tucked away in the corner a turret, with 8 custom log cushioned chairs wrapped around a round wood dining table, featuring magnificent views all around you.

A powder room can be found on the main level of the home, as can a laundry room containing a deep laundry sink and full-sized washer and dryer. A large deck off the living room gives guests a place to fall in love with the Colorado mountainside as they grill their favorite meats, sip their favorite beverages, soak in the custom hot tub, and lose themselves in the fiery light of the sun setting over the mountains.

The first of the four bedrooms is a comfortable and tranquil master suite, anchored by a luxurious king bed. With gorgeous mountain views throughout, the ensuite bath is a perfect example of warmth and function. Two vanity sinks separated by the double-sided gas fireplace in the Master Bath. A luxurious soaking tub sits in the corner, adorned with a colorful Tiffany lamp hanging above. A glass walk-in steam shower, complete with 2 benches, and 3 showerheads promises to be the most popular shower in the house on cold days.

The lower level of this home includes a spacious game room with air hockey table, Classic Retro Arcade featuring 60+ games, board games, and a 55" HD TV to enjoy from the luxurious leather sofas. An office area provides multiple uses, a desk space for remote work, a 55" HD TV, some free weights, and a resistance ball for those who want to add in a quick workout. The remaining 3 bedrooms can be found on this level, all facing the resort, for epic mountain views.
