The Space:

Welcome to a bright and beautiful 4BR/3.5BA mountain home in the Bear Trail Neighborhood of Winter Park. Each room has been crafted and decorated for comfort and enjoyment during your ultimate mountain stay! Each bedroom is spacious with a Smart TV and luxurious linens, and each bathroom is stocked with organic, hotel-quality toiletries.

The main living area has an open floor plan with a fully stocked chef’s kitchen, a large island with seating, an adjacent dining area that seats 8, and a comfortable living room for lounging and enjoying the mountain views! The home also boasts multiple decks, one with a grill and seating.

House rules are located in the property's welcome book, but please note:

-Parking is only available in the garage for up to two vehicles. Trucks over 21 feet long will not be able to park at the townhome unless the garage door is kept open. Parking on Bear Trail is strictly prohibited due to an HOA easement that impacts the Bear Trail townhomes and to allow snow removal companies vehicular access on both sides of the curb.

- No events, parties, or smoking allowed in the home.

- No pets allowed.

- Quiet hours are from 9 PM - 8 AM.

- Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors may result in a monetary penalty and/or loss of reservation.
