Our Arrow Luxury Townhome is located in the heart of Downtown Winter Park. With four bedrooms, and three bathrooms, this new home sleeps 9, and you ll have room and amenities for the whole family on your next Winter Park getaway!

Arrow 288 is perfect for your next vacation. Across the street, just steps away from the home, are several popular restaurants to satisfy various palates - BBQ, deli, street tacos, bakery, Italian, small plates, and distillery. Take the free public shuttle to the only Movie Theater and Bowling Alley (The Foundry Cinema and Bowl), community trails, and the Winter Park Resort.

Arrow 288 is professionally decorated in a western mountain home design with all the comforts of modern technology, with smart TV s throughout the home, and a smart lock to gain access to the home.

The main level of the home has an open floor plan with an expansive kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a gas burner stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you ll need to prepare a gourmet meal on your next Winter Park, Colorado vacation.

The living area has comfy seating and a 55 flat-screen smart TV. Just off the living area, you ll find a balcony deck where you can catch the sunrise peeking over the Continental Divide with your morning coffee, and view the evening alpenglow as you grill your favorite burgers. Located on the main level is the third bedroom with a queen bed.

The upper level is where you ll find the primary suite, which features a spacious en-suite full bath with an oversized walk-in shower and a 55 smart TV. The second bedroom, bunk area, and a washer and dryer are also located on this level.

The highlight of this luxury townhome is found on the roof, a rooftop deck with views of the Continental Divide, and plenty of seating for eating, relaxing, and enjoying the grand views. You ll find the Hot Tub on the rooftop deck as well. Great place to relax and watch the sunset and enjoy the distant view of the runs at Winter Park Resort.

We didn’t arrive til 1am, so it was great to find everything better than expected! Beds were nice and comfortable. The extra attention to detail and finding coffee and a box of pancake mix the next morning was a lifesaver. We’ll be back again!!

Condo was clean, well stocked and perfect location to walk to shops, food and Hideaway park. The management contact was amazing, very responsive to my questions and went above and beyond to check on us and make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. We will definitely use them for future stays!!

Great place to stay

We recently stayed here for Bluesfest weekend. They unit is nicely appointed and very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the cookware and utensils you need to make a great meal. Highly recommend this place.

Wonderful Property

Comfortable condo with super layout and amenities! The rooftop hot tub is awesome! Easy to eat in or carry out great food from local eateries. Great tv options and large screens. Skiing, tubing and snowmobile options are easy and ighlight activities!

This place is great. It's very well appointed and very conveniently located just steps away from a bus stop to catch the free shuttle to the resort or walk to a plethora of eating, drinking and shopping options. Would definitely stay here again.

What a great experience. Town home was in a great location, was clean, and had everything we needed. Short walk to town for eating and shopping. Right across from the best Fish Tacos I've ever had at Pepe Osakas.

Beautiful views from rooftop hot tub!

Covid family getaway- was a wonderful family escape. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Close to everything- hiking, biking. Rode bikes directly from townhouse to Frazier River Trail. Kitchen great- we cooked all our meals and enjoyed eating out on two patios. Even caught sight of a fox friend two evenings in a row. Soaked in hot tub every evening, which was the highlight for our 11 yr old. It was rainy while here so enjoyed cuddling up on super comfy recliner sofa and watching movies and playing games. Only real negative was that the traffic from main highway through town was loud if windows open, but if closed, it didn’t disturb sleep. Also, the garage is really hard to get car into (we drive a Jeep Grand Cherokee so not extremely big) - the median With new trees outside of garage Are so close, making driveway very narrow and prevent you from being able to fully straighten car out to safely pull into garage. Luckily there was adequate parking on other side of building right outside front door- this was actually better for unloading- no stairs to kitchen. Thank you- we are exited to visit again, especially after the courtyard and shops and amphitheater are done being built. Pretty complex!
