"I checked in after hours, it was extremely fast and efficient. Gentleman at the desk was informative and helpful. At some point during our stay the elevators went out, there was a woman checking in with her mother when I was in the lobby for separate reason. The person checking in was very rude to the young lady behind the desk, the employee handled it very very well. The customer was upset about the elevator and was unnecessarily rude to the employee.
