"This is an immaculate guest suite with incredible views in a gorgeous setting. The owners were extremely responsive and communicative, enhancing our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the appliances and just about everything looks brand new. The grounds, pool area and views are amazing. If you’re looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay in a relaxing setting, this is the place! Your hosts will make sure you are well taken care of."

"The location as it related to my trip couldn’t have been any better. The apartment was super-clean and spacious. I admire the detail on the stairway leading up to the apartment (it’s the little things👍). I will most definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Aaaaaaand that was one, humongous TV screen! "The location was just as promised. The view on the deck is beautiful and the apartment was clean and well stocked with anything you might need. The location is also walking distance to various shops, pizza, restaurants and bars. The river walk across the street is also great if you want to take a stroll. Carol was also great to work with. "The location of this property is wonderful - far enough away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to get to any neighboring towns and main thoroughfares easily. I felt comfortable in the space and looked forward to returning at the end of each day. The property itself is beautiful and well cared for. The staff who oversees the property was welcoming, friendly and attentive and responded immediately to any questions or needs. I would definitely stay here again."

"This place is Fantastic, and Flora is Such a Great host!! Perfect location in Avon, super spacious, and clean, and has everything you need! Walking distance to restaurants and shops. This will now be our Go-to rental, each time we're back in CT to visit family. It is such a Cozy unit! The only suggestion I would caution, is that the stairs to enter/exit unit, are steep and a tight squeeze for anyone with mobility constraints."

"We were happy to have a clean and comfortable place to stay while in Torrington visiting family. The hotels in town are nasty so this was a great alternative. There is a park across the street and an Office warehouse on the street behind, so it’s quiet at night which was a plus. Inside is definitely as advertised, cozy but not cramped, the furniture and decor is well appointed. We will definitely stay again."

"This apartment is on the top floor of a nice house in a suburban neighborhood, so there aren't amenities within walking distance. However, this is a great place to stay: spacious, comfortable, clean, lots of amenities (full kitchen, separate living room, washer/dryer, new in-room A/C units that are very effective). "Tough getting up the stairs with luggage. Sheets and beds not great. Bathroom shower not clean. But nice little place."
