"This property provides direct access to a lovely lake for kayaking and swimming. It is also a terrific location for Berkshire musts such as Jacob's Pillow and Tanglewood. The owner is quickly responsive to questions and directions for check in were easy to follow. The house has strong WiFi for any work days you have while traveling. Highly recommend and look forward to staying there again in the future! "

"From beginning to end, could not have dreamed of a better island getaway, in the Berkshire’s none-the -less. Bill was a wonderful host. Very friendly, responsive and helpful. Super welcoming. The home was simple, quaint, and super cozy. Perfect for a nice long relaxing weekend for both the dogs and people. The views from the sun room were lovely. The deck/patio area had a beautiful view of the water. The fire pit was a nice perk in the evening. Surrounded by water, the place felt so private....

"Smooth and straightforward check-in process. They were accommodating to our schedule and communicated everything in a timely manner. House was clean and everything looked as listed. Kitchen was well stocked with up to date appliances and plenty of utensils which was a nice surprise. Plenty of space for 7 of us, would suggest bringing an air mattress though if with a larger party. Overwhelming positive experience overall. "

"We loved Manor Lane! It had every amenity you could ask for. The house is fun and charming and there are thoughtful touches everywhere you look! "The cabin is charming, rustic, and a perfect getaway for a birthday or romantic weekend trip.The pollinator garden is truly a delight, and I loved watching them in the morning. The garden has even motivated my partner and I to start one at home.I wish that the mosquitoes were not present as well, but they are to be expected during the summer in MA.Overall, the stay was amazing. "The house was perfectly situated on the lake. It had areas that I could close the gates, deck/yard, to keep in or out my 3yr old grandson and our dog. It made for a very relaxing time for all of us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of toys to keep my grandson occupied! My 15 yr old granddaughter loved fishing off the deck and the dock. The host was very available and helpful. The grocery store was a short drive away! I will definatly book this house again next...

"Charming unit of Hampton Inn few minutes away from Hartford. Very well maintained, with lovely staff, good breakfast and free parking. Spacious room, clean, quiet, and good amenities. They also have self-operated washer and dryer, definitely a plus! Highly recommended."
