"Unfortunately we did not receive instructions about the heater and woke up at 1:30am freezing. The thermostat was simple, but nothing we tried could get the heat to go on. Also, I told the staff we like to get an early start in the morning and would need to pass on the breakfast because the earliest time offered was 8:30. She didn't mention no one would be at the front desk until 8am, so as we left at 7am, we left our room keys in a basket by the front door and hoped for the best."
