"The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. "The manager was rude, looked very unprofessional and not clean. The room smelled really bad and when I complained on check in they claimed they didn’t have another one available. The room was very dirty, the sheets were nasty and had stuff all over them.
