"The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many...

"The room was spacious and clean. Lots of space. The pillows were not good and flattened quickly. The television was hard to hear, even when it was turned up all the way. The staff was polite and very helpful and the breakfast was great."

"Clean newer building, nice clean modern room with 2 tvs, nice view from 4th floor, small clean pool, small clean hot tub, higher rate with convenient breakfast buffet. "My kids love to stay here, it’s close to shopping and the sports events that brought us to town. This visit the room was not very clean, there was some sort of white stuff all over the bathroom door, we found tweezers and other items under the couch and when I opened the bedding for the pull out it was full of clumps of hair, overall felt dirty. "I stayed here a few years ago and I remembered much better. This time, it was a little dirty- hallway carpets and eleveator, especially. The room was okay, except the tv is heavily controlled. I wasn't even allowed to change the volume of the tv. And the only thing else negative I would share, it appears that this hotel definitely views patrons who book through 3rd party sites differently. Hefty deposits. Gave my sister-in-law a room with only one bed and a nasty stained couch foldout when...
