"Nothing like it was advertised online and especially for the price I was definitely over charged truthfully these rooms are worth about on 30 bucks or so I paid wayyyyy more, my Ac did not work my Tv did not work, my room was very hot and uncomfortable. I tried contacting staff for a refund or discounted rate and no one has contacted me at all. If you are looking for nice high quality do not stay here!! "It was absolutely the worst stay. I chose to stay here for a week for a softball tournament based on Expedia reviews and never again. When we first arrived the room smelled awful to where I had to go t Walmart and buy cleaning supplies and air fresheners to get rid of the smell. Then our shower didn’t work properly to where we had to figure out how to turn water on and figure out temperature because it was so old. By the third day they shut off our water to get it repaired. "The hotel was nothing like the advertisement. The elevator did not work and the attendant wasn’t very empathetic. He falsely stated that there weren’t available rooms with double beds on the first floor and after checking in I witnessed him showing a room to a guest on the first floor with double beds coming after us. Staff continued to say they didn’t understand English. Rooms were not attended to had to go to desk for cleaning towels. Parking was fine. Air conditioning was fine."
