"The hotel is quiet and beautifully furnished in period style. The hotel restaurant has delicious food and a great bar. Everyone on staff, as well as other guests and locals, are so friendly. It makes it hard for us to leave. It's our favorite destination."

"Everything was great. Only problem was the towels and bed. One out of the two towels there was a stain on it. The next day they changed the towels and there was a lipstick stain on one out of the two still. Noticed the bed is clean and was washed but there was hair on the sheets like stuck. Maybe the dryer needs cleaned.... so I used the cover from my car and slept on top of the covers."

"The breakfast was ok. The woman that worked the breakfast room was rude. She was leaning over a cart on her cell phone. The volume of her cell was louder than the tv and the tv was closer."

"A body mirror is necessary in the 400 rooms. Had to do make-up in my car and use the reflection of the t.V to see how I look :) Other than that it is a really nice place to spend time with loved ones."

The staff are friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the surroundings, making guests feel welcome. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, ideal for relaxation. The room and bathroom are spotless, regularly cleaned, and well-maintained. However, the carpet retains a very old, musty smell that could benefit from airing or replacement."

"It’s not on the beach it’s a block away not beach view"

"Just perfect, 1 block from tge sand and the air show, Thunderbird and more. Plenty of spaceious parking 2 min from the property. Family room had mini kitchen and supplies. What more can u ask for."

"It was a small cozy room. Perfect for a couple. You can see the ocean from the front porch. The manager was very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time."

"The employees were pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was nice to wake up too . I didn’t realize there would be a jacuzzi tub ( regular tub size ) but I didn’t have time to use it maybe next time. The air conditioning was good and the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. Thank you"

"Place was decent for the price. Only problem we had was one of the balcony doors was poorly installed and the top of the door didn’t reach the frame and kept trying to fall. We were told no one was available to fix it and when asked for some partial refund as the hotel did not have any other rooms to move to, we were told if anything we’d be charged extra for damaging hotel property. We have videos showing no damage was done and that the door was just installed poorly. Ask for a room change...
