Located on the top floor, this great unit has vaulted ceilings in the living room and master bedroom, and incredible ocean and sound views. The master bedroom has a king bed with sweeping ocean views, along with a unique feature of bunk beds in the large walk-in closet. This room is perfect for a couple with young children and provides privacy yet peace of mind having the children close! There is also a large private bathroom. In the living areas, you will find a large flat screen TV, an updated kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, and plenty of seating areas for the entire family. In the sound side of the unit, you will find a hall bathroom, the guest room with a queen bed, and the final bedroom with two twins. This rental is fully stocked with everything you may need, and is perfect for group vacations. Make your reservation today in this unforgettable unit!

Great view & deck

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful. The property could really use updating - furniture, rugs still pretty wrecked. New toilets needed! But I chose it for the deck, and that was amazing.

Nice Condo needs some updates

This is a condo complex and great that there is an elevator. My issues are that the owner needs to do some updates. The kitchen is really nice but the items in it are not. The owner needs to throw out all pots and pans. Nobody wants to cook on teflon that is very scratched. I went to Target and bought a new frying pan, pot and sheet pan. Just buy stainless steel pots and pans and they will last forever. I also had to buy a cheese grater and carrot peeler. The second thing and it is big.. please replace the master mattress! It is so worn. It also looks like it has years of pee and stains on it. I washed the mattress pad and put on 2 sets of sheets. The couches in the living room ate 1990's worn out leather. They are so uncomfortable and worn. The complex itself is nice and the pool was very clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I understand I was paying for the location...but that's all we got. Furniture and amenities are sub par. Toilet leaked, broken stool at bar, cookware lacking, I would not recommend for the price.

The unit itself needed some attention/updating (broken appliances, dated furnishings, etc.), but the staff were quick to respond to as best as they could. We will return to Wrightsville Dunes again!

Good and bad

Pros: -Views are phenomenal -Top floor unit with vaulted ceiling and extra windows, lots of natural light, don’t have to worry about people above you -Views to sound from bedrooms in front of building are nice -Kitchen is nicely redone -Couches and chair in main living space are in nice condition and comfortable -Dishwasher was very quiet -Nice kitchen table and functional bar stools provide extra seating Cons: -Carpet in living room and main hallway was FILTHY. Like didn’t want to let my kids play on the floor it was so filthy. Lots of stains. The carpet in the master bedroom has clearly been replaced recently and is much nicer, not sure why they didn’t replace all the carpeting or at least have it professionally cleaned -No extra toilet paper, paper towels or dishwashing detergent provided (despite saying dishes need to be washed and put away before you leave -Small table on deck outside was literally falling apart every time we touched it -The shower curtain liner in the master bath had multiple holes and was literally tied in knots around the hooks with gaping holes at the top. --Skylight in the bedroom needs a shade or you’ll be up with the sun at 6am in the summer -Shower head in master bath broken and leaking/dripping -Towel rack in master bath broken and pulling out of the wall on one side Overall we enjoyed our stay but this unit definitely needs some TLC. Would look at Wrightsville Dunes again but not this particular unit unless some updates are made.

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: June 23-3-, 2018...We were very disappointed. No air on the first night. Water smelled like sulfer, carafe in coffee pot broken, floor dirty, furniture broken, chair in living room had holes in the arm, toilet kept getting clogged, linens were cheep and the bunk lines looked dirty. kitchen chair broke and had been glued prior, I was promised close to the pool, I have a special needs daughter and the pool next to our condo was out of order, making our trip to the beach and water miserable. We actually came home early.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I love the beach and location of Wrightsville Dunes. However, the condo, improved from our previous rental of it, still has some (previously mentioned) issues: ripped furniture, front outer door broken bottom, almost no coffee mugs, poor dishwasher, and broken living room blinds. Broken blinds, again mentioned this year, were quickly fixed upon my request to the rental agency. Other concerns could not be addressed. The rent is expensive; hopefully in the coming months, the owners will work to ensure that their property becomes a 5-star property.

Reviewer Comments: We chose this condo over others because we noticed the upgrades in the kitchen and believed this unit would be in excellent condition. Although clean overall, lots of oversight like baseboards in kitchen hadn't appeared to be cleaned in a very long time. there was food on the floor in the pantry so there doing a quick run thru. Biggest disappointment was all the pots/pans should have been replaced years ago. there was only 1 usable small pan we felt comfortable. largest bowls were cereal or enormous plastic mixing. small plates were tea cup or similar size. The whole Kitchen should be gone thru to make sure guests can prepare meals adequatly for their families. Master bed was just adequate. Large tear in ottoman with stuffing exposed in living room greeted us so not the kind of impression I would be willing to present.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo needs some TLC...walls and ceilings need painting. Ceilings around all AC vents are filthy. Comforters on beds were stained or dirty. Towel bar in one bath and toilet paper holder in another were loose and falling off the wall. This was reported and no one ever came to fix it. Dishwasher needs to be secured to the counter top or cabinet - it tips when loading it. Chair and ottoman have tears in the fabric and need to be recovered. Blinds in master bedroom are too long and therefore will not close. Kitchen is not very well equipped - there isn't one sharp knife in the place! All of that said, the unit is spacious and is in a quiet area of Wrightsville. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I always enjoy coming to Wrightsville Beach. Unfortunately this year we were not as happy with our rental choice. The twin beds were so uncomfortable that they were unable to sleep in them. You could feel the spring could through the mattresses. For the price of the rental, I expected better. Twin mattresses are not that expensive. I suggest replacing the ones in the front side bedroom.

Reviewer Comments: **No beach chairs **Broken blinds in liv room and bedroom **Unpatched holes in master bathroom **Holes in sheets **Dishwasher did not wash dishes, and they were filthy because of it-rings of dirt that would not come out with hand washing. **Limited number of dishes and coffee mugs available. **Limited seating on deck. Could use at lease one chaise lounge. **Check in time is 4 pm, checkout time is 10 am.(even with no new renters following) ergo shortens time available to enjoy an expensive condo. Renters will receive a phone call within 5 minutes of checkout time if keys to condo have not been returned to Intracoastal's office. **Nice TVs to watch Olympics. **Despite the multiple issues noted above, I was very happy with my stay because I like Wrightsville Beach and my daughter and her family live in the area.

Not what we hoped for....

Reviewer Comments: We have rented through your company for six years or more and overall feel very good about your services. The agent provided three units as options. I said that I wanted the cleanest and most up to date unit available - that was our number one priority. When we arrived the unit was not clean and was well worn. Yes, there was granite in the kitchen but that was about all that appeared to be new. My kids and wife would not sit on any of the cloth furniture. The tubs did not drain properly, so the one that was slightly better was the only one four of our family members used. The location was what we expected and liked, but the unit was disappointing. I realize that you are simply the agency, who handles the booking. Yet, when a repeat customer tells you that the number one priority is cleanliness and freshness then that is the expectation. Chances are we will use your services again in the future, but will be more diligent in the process. Thank you and enjoy the balance of the summer.
