"Easy walk to downtown Wilmington. The historic district was safe with beautiful homes. Jeff, the host provided suggestions on where to eat. Jesters which is a 1 minute walk was excellent. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. People in the neighborhood were friendly. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable. "

"We had the most relaxing weekend at this amazing property! It was close to everything we wanted to do but felt like our own personal private retreat. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. After a day at the beach the outdoor shower was great! The goal of our weekend away was relaxation and our evenings sitting on the porch were perfect to meet that goal. We’d love to stay here again and plan to in the future! "

"We stayed at this property for two nights. The house spacious and clean. The towels were especially fresh. All of us were adults, but the room that is set up for children is adorable and has lots of books and toys for them. We didn’t have a pet, but the downstairs was clearly pet friendly. We also enjoyed the front porch, the back porch, and the ambiance of the neighborhood. Cherie was super responsive but we had zero problems."
