Excellent host and property. The young folks all loved the pool, and we loved that we could sit so close and enjoy their fun. The home was very clean, well-maintained, lovely, and had everything we needed. The host was the best ever for communication, answering any questions and even got a fly swatter delivered within hours after I asked if there was one in the house. The gym area was very much appreciated by my son also. The kitchen had everything we needed, very thoughtful with stocking it. We had room to spread out and also spaces to cozy together. It’s a very safe area within a lovely neighborhood, convenient to a main road. I highly recommend this host and this home. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Wilmington area.

The property is clean with tasteful decor. It had everything we needed. When I saw how close we were to the airport and interstate I was concerned about noise but it was NOT an issue at all!
