Beach renourishment is expected Fall 2025. Beach erosion is in progress (it comes and goes) and if the immediate Periwinkle beach access is inaccessible to walk, you can access the beach at the neighboring Clam Shell public beach access or at Freeman Park (North of Carolina Beach Pier). New for 2022: New coffee table, end tables, and nightstands. For 2021: New queen mattress and box spring, washer and dryer, and paint throughout. For 2019: New vinyl plank flooring throughout and fresh paint. Fresh paint outside as well.

Welcome to my familyā€™s HOME away from home! This 1st floor (least amount of steps), spacious two bedroom, two bath condo features 4 sliders (2 overlooking the ocean and 1 in each bedroom) that let in plenty of NATURAL light! Well-behaved, groomed pets are welcome (additional $150 fee) and RELAXATION is required!

The master bedroom includes an en suite with walk-in shower, queen bed, and balcony. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and balcony. The second full bathroom includes a tub with shower. The full kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and all the accessories. The washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen. Off the kitchen is a big dining table that sits 6. PLENTY of room for sitting, eating, and RELAXING! The living area includes seating for 5 and the couch folds out into a queen size bed. The OCEANFRONT balcony is SPACIOUS with a bar height table and four chairs. You can people watch and see the waves hit the sand from the balcony.

There is a 40ā€ HDTV with a DVD player in the living room, a 28ā€ HDTV in the master bedroom, and a TV with DVD player in the second bedroom. Each TV is connected to cable. The house has wireless internet, FREE-WIFI. SPACIOUS parking for two vehicles. One spot is covered and directly under the condo. Bring your own sheets, linens, and towels. Dogs are welcome north of the pier all day, everyday. During peak summer season dogs are welcome on the beach in front of the condo before 9 am and after 5 pm.

The North End Carolina Beach Pier is located less than three blocks away and features the High Tide Lounge Bar/Pub. Located above the pier, beach goers may drive their vehicles right on the sand and pets are welcome YEAR-ROUND.

Also, not too far away is the Boardwalk (restaurants, shops, rides, games, and pier) featuring the EXTREMELY POPULAR Brittā€™s Donuts! **NOM NOM NOM**

Rates are subject to change until the reservation is confirmed. Please note that VRBO charges you a service fee and I can't remove it. Check-in is at 4pm, checkout is at 11 am.

The condo was perfect for what we needed and the beach is very clean and beautiful. We loved being close to the carnival (expensive but a great time) and there are plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The property was clean and well furnished. There was plenty of room to lay out XL. Dog beds for our fur babies too. Everything we or could have wanted was within walking distance or a 5 minute drive. We suggest having dinner at Michaelā€™s and Flaming Amyā€™s. The sunrises are worth getting up early for. The balcony has the perfect view to sit back and enjoy the morning. The beach and restaurants was surprisingly dog friendly.

The condo is just as the photos showed. It is very clean and perfect for a small family to enjoy the beach. The property manager did a great job communicating and we were well prepared for our stay! Our 2 doodles loved people watching on the ocean side balcony. We will return soon!

We checked in on a Friday afternoon with no problem at all! The place was clean and quaint! We came with our dog and we could tell right away it was a dog friendly neighborhood which we were happy about! The bed was comfy and the living room was cozy as well with the balcony right off it. The kitchen was fully stocked and then some which was so convenient! Timā€™s recommendations were spot on and made for a great trip for us even though it was short! Would definitely stay here if we visit again!

My family and I decided to get out of town together for Thanksgiving. The unit was very close quarters, which was not the way it was advertised. Previous people had stated kitchen was small but honestly overall the entire condo was very tight. Also stated in the reservation was a checklist of things to get done before departure, and the cleaning staff does a supposed great job and were the deciding factor on any extra fees that you would be charged. What we found just in kithen cabinets and the dishes, or cookware was dirty. In the back bedroom the box fan that was provided was so dusty it stirred up a small dust cloud.Before getting there the property manager was very responsive and fast with answers. Once we arrived I had messaged about the beach access because there were signs and a chain across the access point, he responded back the day we departed. The one thing we all liked about the place was the oceanfront balcony which was a great size to accommodate a family unlike the unit inside. The oceanfront part should have stated that it was limited because view was mostly blocked by sand dunes. Not to mention the floor had 2 very noticable sunk in soft spots, with several water spots in the ceiling. I love the beach and would not complain but i felt all these issues should be addressed. My suggestion would be fix the places in floor and ceiling, and follow up with your cleaning staff. Until anin.thesyodreaclees.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was Great that we were allowed to bring out dogs. The condo was clean and convenient to stores, shops etc. The price was more than reasonable. The host was very nice and quick to answer any questions..I will be returning.

We absolutely loved the location. The place was very clean. The beds were comfortable and it was well decorated. The only recommendation I have is I would update the listing to state what type of coffee maker there is so people know what to buy in advance. We werenā€™t sure if we should bring pods or regular ground coffee.

This is our second time staying here. Tim is great to deal with and the condo is perfect for our little family. We like to stay towards Freeman Park which makes this location ideal. The only complaint is we had to leave.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The location and beach access made the trip! The condo had enough space for our family. The only negatives things were the noisy tenants above us and not being able to adjust the thermostat. Using the kitchen a lot made it even hotter in the house. The porch could use some updates but the condo itself was nicely done. The mattresses were fantastic!

We were ocean front with a beautiful view. The condo was clean and neat with a lot of care taken to the upgrades. However, the floors sloped in places and had some soft spots. The kitchen is extremely small. Also, the owner requested not to turn the air conditioning down any lower than 72Ā° and it was a bit warm making sleeping uncomfortable. I think some work on the compressor is needed.

If you are looking for a clean, spacious condo as close to the ocean that will accept dogs, this is the condo for you. We sat on the balcony to look at the ocean versus the beach just because it was that close. The condo was very comfortable without being so luxurious that you were afraid to sit on the furniture. The owner, Tim Byrd, was very responsive to any question I had, both before arriving and once we were there. It was fairly centrally located to most of the attractions, grocery stores, restaurants, and there was a dog park within 2 miles. The only possible downside was that all of the railings, on the street side of the 16 unit condo building were being replaced. This meant that there were construction workers there almost everyday. They were courteous but their coming and going in the parking lot caused our dogs to bark. Other dogs were also barking and ours did quiet down when told to. This is required for the safety of the building, but there was some hammering, etc. I would highly recommend this condo. Kerry
