"This is a beautiful historic property. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby area is beautiful and makes a great first impression when you arrive. It would be good if you could get a hot drink in the lobby area after 11:00am, but I am just being picky. On the whole the hotel was lovely. Unfortunately there are a lot of homeless people on the streets around the hotel some of whom seemed agitated and were shouting at us.
