"Jeremy was super helpful ❤️. Pretty sure the tall young man working the front desk was named Jeremy. Lots of local information. We enjoyed both bands in the lounge on the nights that we stayed. I think it's worth the upgrade to the garden room "
"Was so pleasantly surprised by the room and friendly staff. This is really the only hotel in this tiny town and it was a “staycation” to come see a concert in the park. It’s been a very long time that hotel staff both mentioned and recognized my VIP Expedia status. The young man who checked us in was clearly trained well and provided GREAT customer service. We were given a bottle of wine as VIP member and the room we were given was great! Liked our stay and will be back. Not sure why the hotel...
"Ela fica bem proxima da Old Roseburg e bem proxima da estrada. Ficamos uma noite apenas de passagem indo para Eureka sentido sul da California. Os restaurantes proximos sao bem poucos. O ideal e ir de carro a algum dos mall proximos a cerca de 5 kilometros , pegando a estrada I5 sentido norte"

When our return home flight was canceled, they worked with us to extend our 8 day vacation stay another night during a sold-out week.
